People Who Move
Beaudoin Theater, Foy Hall
Siena College
May 3 & 4 at 7:30pm and May 5 at 2:00pm

eba is proud to introduce People Who Move. Founded in 2019, People Who Move takes the stage for the first time May 3-5 at Siena College under the artistic direction of Anna Pillot. The company will perform “Brushed Off,” which debuted in Maude Baum and Company Dance Theatre Brave New Dances 2016, as well as several other works by artistic director Anna Pillot.

Based in Upstate New York, the company’s artistic vision sees movement as the common denominator for all human beings. The company artists Meagan Corbett, Stephanie Hiemel, Ramona Martin, Rebecca Morgan, and Marianne Schultz hail from a variety of backgrounds and each performer brings something unique to the stage. Anna’s choreography blends dance with circus arts to create compelling movement with powerful emotional context. Her work has graced the stage in New York City, Philadelphia, in various venues in the Capital Region, as well as internationally with Grosso Modo (Mexico) and in Deflying Feets "Heirloom Toys” (Toronto).

People Who Dance is an independent program under the umbrella of Electronic Body Arts, Inc. (eba), a not for profit, 501(c)(3), cultural and educational charitable organization.
